- To participate in implementing the 2012 Social Security Law of Myanmar in Health Care Sector as a responsible Health Care Professional Group
- To Provide accessible, affordable, cost-effective and comprehensive quality care to the workforce of Myanmar and to increase productivity and prosperity
- To provide accessible, cost-effective and quality maternal and child care to working pregnant mothers of Myanmar
- To systematically set up network of Health care Clinics and Hospitals with standard care delivery model and standard Health Care Facilities
- To organize health and other related professionals of Myanmar as a Multidisciplinary team to provide quality care
